14-day Unconditional Return Service

We aim to provide a satisfactory after-sales service including but not limited to accepting unconditional returns of unsatisfactory products within 14 days upon receipt of order confirmation.

Returns for any reason or without any condition are limited to the following circumstances:

  1. The colour, design model and materials of product are not consistent with the description on the website
  2. The product is purchased in the wrong size or doesn’t fit
  3. There is any problem in the delivery process
  4. You dislike the product
  5. You purchase a wrong product
  6. You receive a product flawed or with any quality defects
    Such product may be returned only in accordance with the return procedure for defective products and will subject to additional limitations.

 

Please return your purchase together with the hard copy of “Return Request Confirmation Email” ; otherwise we cannot process the return. Please make sure that any item you want to return must be in a condition where it can be sold again and the original package must be intact.

  1. No damage or stains
  2. With all parts originally included with the product
  3. Unworn, unused and unwashed
  4. With original packaging and tags intact
  5. Resalable
  6. Due to hygiene concerns, all underwear, accessories (include socks, hats, jewelry) and shoe care products cannot be exchanged or returned

 

No Exchange

In order to let you receive the correct product faster, we provide the service of return instead of exchange.

Please return the unwanted items following the Return Procedure and then place a new order directly for the products you want.

 

Return Procedure

i. For door-to-door delivery orders: 

  1. Contact our customer service hotline +852 2310 6251 for any return request
  2. Make a return request telling us the item(s) you want to return and the reason(s) for returning
  3. You will then receive a Return Request Confirmation email
    Please print the email and attach it on the parcel when you send back the package
  4. Return item(s) will be picked up by appointed courier at your delivery address (Additional shipping fee of HK$50 will be charged for returning item(s))

            Please pack and seal your return securely in an undamaged bag together with the Return Request Confirmation email”. Please do not use the opened original clear plastic outer packaging to return your products to avoid misplacement of products during return delivery

        5. If there is any free gift in the order and you cannot fulfill the original order requirements of receiving free gift(s) after making returns, it must be sent together with the order for the return and refund process. If the free gift is not returned, the retail amount of the gift will be deducted from the refund amount.

        6. Once we receive the returned products and determine that they satisfy return conditions, we will arrange your refund within 10-14 business days.

        7. The returned products will be sent back to you if they were determined as man-made defects. Please note that additional shipping fee of HK$50 will be charged.

ii. For in-store pickup orders:

  1. All in-store pickup orders only can be returned to the store you have chosen to pick up. You can return the item(s) after pickup from store within 14 days. 
  2. Return delivery charge will be waived for in-store return orders.
  3. You can choose to return the item(s) in store, only if you have chosen to pick up your item(s) in store when you purchase online. All home delivery and S.F. courier item(s) cannot be returned in the store.
  4. You can also follow above procedures of door-to-door delivery orders if you want us to pick up the items you are returning. If you decide to return your item(s) by S.F. courier, additional shipping fee of HK$50 will be charged.
  5. The returned products will be sent back to you if they were determined as man-made defects. Please note that additional shipping fee of HK$50 will be charged.
  6. Customer needs to pick up the item(s) in store within 14 days after the system sent out "Pickup in store e-mail", otherwise the item(s) will be automatically returned to the warehouse. Please note that additional shipping fee of HK$50 will be charged. The amount will be deducted from the total refund amount of the returned order. 

Return Delivery Charge

  1. Please note that we will charge HK$50 return shipping fee for all return shipments, if you choose to return the item(s) by S.F. Express. The amount will be deducted from the total refund amount of the returned order. 
  2. Return delivery charge will be waived if you choose to return in store for eligible orders. Please note that you can choose to return the item(s) in store, only if you have chosen to pick up your item(s) in store when you purchase online.
  3. Customer needs to pick up the item(s) in store within 14 days after the system sent out "Pickup in store e-mail", otherwise the item(s) will be automatically returned to the warehouse. Please note that additional shipping fee of HK$50 will be charged. The amount will be deducted from the total refund amount of the returned order. 

Refund Policy

  1. The refund will be credit back to your credit card account within 14 business days upon our receipt of the returned products.
  2. Actual receipt date is subject to the processing period of relevant bank/payment gateway.
  3. Delivery cost of the order is non-refundable.
  4. If there is any free gift in the refund order and it is not returned, the retail amount of the gift will be deducted from the refund amount.
  5. Items bought with discount coupons are returnable and you are eligible for a refund (please refer to our 14-day Unconditional Return Policy).
  6. The refund is limited to the after coupon actual payment amount.
  7. If the order could not fulfill the original requirements of the coupon usage after making returns, the total value of coupon used will be deducted from the refund amount.
